Disagreeing- more children

I am so so so ready to have another baby. Our daughter is two and she loves other children. I really think a sibling would be good for her and us. But my husband is NOT on board. I know he has every right to his opinion and I know if its not the right time for him then it's not the right time for our family. I'm not trying to force him into it because I DONT want to cause resentment. It's a big decision. But I feel like it's starting to really divide us. We have totally different mindsets right now.

Anyone else experience this and how did you go about it in your relationship?
