I had been putting it off. I guess I was nervous or self-conscious... OK both.

I requested we keep the lights off. I didn't want to do a strip show that included me removing my breast pads #justgirlythings

It hurt. I feel like I could tell exactly where my stitches were and it was pulling. We adjusted and it was better. Not great but better.

Baby was asleep in his bassinet close by so that part was weird.

I'm so glad we tried and it went well. Let's be honest... It was all for my husband. Now I don't have to feel so bad that it's been so long.
