Convertible Carseat

I just got the Graco 4Ever and I just need some advice! The part of the belt that is below the chest clip, it doesnt get tight like my snugride carseat did. I'm worried. Here are some pics, does he look positioned right? Also, he fell asleep on the way to daycare (5min) and his head is looking slumped. What do you all think? Or have u had the problem of the shoulder straps being tight but not the part in front of the stomach?

UPDATE - I got it figured out 😂😂 I just needed to see someone else's picture
