miscarriage?

I’ve been on the same pill for a long time and have had no problems with it at all. Yesterday I was spotting which I found weird since I never ever do that while on the pill. I had my last period only 11 days ago. Today, my stomach started cramping REALLY bad and I never get cramps on the pill either. I went pee and there was a lot of blood and when I wiped there was a really weird looking clot that just looked sort of veiny and when I do have clots theyre usually super dark. Now the last time I had sex was 15 days ago and the way my birth control works is that it has 3 weeks of pills and then you stop taking it and get your period. Well I wasn’t on the pill at that time and we didn’t use any other protection. Is it possible to miscarry at 2 weeks? This is all just weird to me because I literally never have problems with spotting or bleeding on the pill.
