Birth control question

Hi I dont have insurance so I dont want to go to the doctor unless I have to but I've been on birth control for like 4 months now because I have ovarian cyst and I would get my period when I was supposed to according to the pills. But this month I got my period two times once when I was supposed to and again 7 days later and it's been going on for over 6 days and it's a lot of flow. I dont know if I should stop taking the pills or continue taking them or just go to the doctor
