Very unhelpful doctor

Unfortunately the doctor in my village is awfully unhelpful and judgemental. I am pregnant for the first time ever and I am 23 years old. My doctor judges me for being pregnant at a young age and without being married. He is also unbelievably unhelpful and ignorant. I am so confused and scared. Anytime I ask him what is my next step, what I should and shouldn't be eating/taking, he just ignores me or he says something like, "time will tell you."

I have no idea what to do or who to go to. I wish I could report him or something but I don't know what to do. 🥺
