Baby has eczema ☹️ anyone else ??

My baby girl has eczema on her chest and it’s pretty uncomfortable and very fussy Ive been using Vaseline her doctor said 4x a day but it’s not really helping I’ve been looking up the best soap/lotion/cream I can use and so far I’ve heard Aveno baby eczema, creaVe baby eczema and allot of other good recommendations I’m wondering if anyone one here also has a child with eczema and what worked best for you!? Tia! ❤️😊
