I need an answer

I don’t get my period until the 20th according to the app but I’ve been feeling weird like I feel sick, I haven’t puked but like I’ll randomly feel like I’m going to and I stand up and everytime I stand I get light headed like I feel like I need to sit down, the night before yesterday I was so cold I couldn’t get warm then yesterday I was so hot I couldn’t get cold like I had the window wide open and it was 40 degrees last night and I was burning up, I’ve been up since 4am and I’ve peed maybe 7 times since then and I haven’t even finished drink my bottle of water. Do you guys think that these are early symptoms? My period is in a week and a half I’ve heard that some people have these symptoms around this time.
