How much do you need to pump/breastfeed to make the mini pill be effective?
I was exclusively pumping so my dr gave me the mini pill, but I’ve decided to formula feed instead. I’m weaning myself off and I’m down to 3 pumps a day, but wondering if that’s enough to be effective. Can anyone explain this to me?
I’m going to the dr next week to get a different pill or method. Is there a method that takes effect more quickly than others?
