Post-birth control recommendations?
Is there anything to help with returning back to normal after birth control pills, or do you just wait it out? Was on it for two years, I already feel the mood swings beginning from lack of pills and its only been two days. I feel like the adjustment is going to be crappy until my hormones settle out.
