Best sleep aid
I’m going on a cabin trip with my boyfriend. We’re splitting a room so we’ll have to sleep in the same bed. We usually sleep in different rooms because he snores so loud and I’m such a light sleeper, even with ear plugs. What’s the best sleep aid that will knock me out and keep me asleep? I’ve heard good things about Unisom, I already use melatonin and it doesn’t work that great
