Help Me pls

So I had my yearly OBGYN appointment a week ago, and I got a call today telling me that my Pap smear came back different this year, but that since I’m so young (22) it wasn’t something they were worried about so I’m due back in a year.

So this leads me to my question, does this mean that I have HPV? I was so flustered by the call that I didn’t think to ask what it meant when they said it was different. I’ve had pap smears in the past and I’ve only been sleeping with my boyfriend for the past two years so I’m really concerned...
