I’m so lost and don’t know what to do 26 weeks ADVICE NEEDED

I previously posted about this but now there’s more...

so 2 days ago I was walking and about a cap full size of clear fluid came out. And I had some slight cramping. Then yesterday I had liquid in my undies every time I changed and also this morning and tonight I also have a little bit of liquid down there. I tested positive about a week ago for FFN and my mid wife said she’s “hoping it’s a false positive” so I called last night and the. On call lady gets mad I called Labor and delivery because I should’ve called the on call midwife (which I had no clue about) my midwife in clinic told me after 20 weeks call l&d so I did. The lady I spoke to was very short with saying it’s “just because I’m a FTM” and don’t come in unless your having 6 contractions in a hour... I was like uhh ok and she hung up. But now today my tummy feels super super super tight. And I’ve been having very mild cramps today and I feel this pressure down there that I’m bout to pee so I run to bath room but it’s happening every 5 mins. My baby is moving a lot tho so idk what to do. 😭
