Shoulder Pain

So I have pain, pretty bad pain in my right neck/shoulder area. It hurts so bad and I'm not sure if it's just a pulled muscle or what it is. It started when I was laughing so I figured it was a pinched nerve or something. I tried a hot shower and it didnt help. It's now running down the entire right side my back.

I'm not sure what to do because it's Friday and won't be able to contact my midwife until monday.

If it wasnt hurting so bad I wouldn't even pay any mind to it but I'm almost in tears.
