He’s trying to cheat w/ me

My ex boyfriend of 2 years has a girlfriend and wanted to be my friend (like an idiot) I said yes and one night he came and laid next to me and we ended up cuddling... I got up and he pulled my arm to sit on his lap and he just kept trying to find ways so we could be closer... THEN HIS PHONE RANG IT WAS HIS GF & he flipped the screen and I left bc I felt disgusting... that isn’t the first incident when we hang out he always tries to hold my hand or pick me up or tickle me... but after the cuddling incident I’ve been ignoring him & he’s been calling/ft me nonstop but today I’ve decided to break my silence and really be a woman about it and tell him how it isn’t right and this “friendship” can’t continue... any suggestions on what I should say?
