Feelings

So I’m really fucked up. I was really sick for a really long time and almost died a couple of times before I got diagnosed. So now I don’t really have feelings cause that fucked me up a lot. So there’s this guy and me and him are really good friends. I heard from one of his friends that he like me and I kindave do too. I want to ask him out but the thing is I don’t know if I like him in such a sexual manner. Like I can imagine doing a lot of sexual stuff with him but i just can’t imagine having actual sex with him. Should I ask him out or not?
