is this "morning sickness"?

about 6.5 weeks pregnant , off and on and literally for seconds i feel random bits of nausea.. well the past day I've been feelingthe faintest bit of nausea. my stomach feels very upset at times. is that morning sickness. i havent thrown up and it hasnt been too extreme so I'm unsure. i just wanted to add its so faint i almost think maybe im imagining it, obviously im not but still
