Light bleeding 22 weeks

Friday I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I was having light pink bleeding. It stoped right after that. Today I went to the bathroom and it’s returned. Disclaimer this is NOT hemorrhoids, it’s only present when I wipe my vaginal area. Now today I did try to pass a BM but should I be concerned? I never had this with my first baby. First picture was Friday and bottom picture is today.
