Why are men babies when they’re sick

So my entire household is sick but my SO is acting the most dramatic about it... his coughs don’t even sound authentic and he has me up all night with it and he’s coughed to the point of almost throwing up (that’s how I know it’s fabricated) like I know he has a cold but the whole “my whole body hurts I can’t sleep I’m shaking I’m cold and sweaty and omg I’m dying” thing is just annoying me to no end. He got a flu shot last week and thinks he’s got the flu.. it’s not even flu season and it hasn’t even been two weeks since the flu. He’s skipped out on work and I’ve still gone to work even though I’m also sick and PREGNANT. He hasn’t done anything around the house and has just laid in his own sweat every day for like a week and has only showered once. I’m at my Witts. This is so in unattractive to me
