9 month old falling

I swear my LO keeps grabbing onto things like chairs or tables that aren’t on a carpeted area and he lets go to try and stand on his own but he keeps falling😪 I will catch him but sometimes when I am washing dishes or picking up he will do it and fall and hit his head pretty hard.. it worries me so much but he keeps doing it even after he falls he will scream and cry for 5 min then go back and do it again 2 min later🤦🏻‍♀️
