Labor with Generalized anxiety Disorder
I'm not sure if this is the right group but I'm wondering how labor would go for someone with GAD and if anyone on here had any experience with this what do they do to help with anxiety attacks during pregnancy as well as during labor and delivery I'm currently on anti anxiety medication and my anxiety is well controlled
