101.1 rectal temp 5 month oldHELP

My 5 month old had a slight fever when we got home today, 100.1 and had quickly gone up to 101.1, she had Tylenol and I put a cool washcloth on her head and neck. She seems fine otherwise. Should I take her to the ED?
