Diaphragm

Hey ladies. So I feel I’m at my Whitts end with birth control. I’ve tried everything. I have estrogen dominance and some hormonal problems so I can’t be on any hormonal birth control - nor do I want to be. I can’t have the copper IUD either due to the estrogen dominance (the copper effects it). I also hate the feel of male condoms but that’s what my husband and I have been using. They just aren’t comfortable for me, I just want to be able to enjoy sex with my husband but I feel so lost! The diaphragm is pretty much my last hope. What are your experiences with it? I know it’s pretty old school. How can I go about getting one? What spermicidal gel do I use with it?
