what time do you go to sleep

random question but how many hours of sleep do you get at night and what time do you actually try and sleep?

Between 6-8 hours. And yes I normally try to sleep. 
My bed time varies a bit but between 11-1 normally.

i have so much trouble going to sleep. i usually go to sleep at midnight (to make me more tired so that it’s easier to fall asleep) and every night i wake up at 3am and then fall back asleep or try to. i know it’s bad to sleep that late, i just have so much trouble going to sleep earlier.

Actually sleep between 3-6 hours. Fall asleep anywhere from 730/8 to 11pm. Can’t stay asleep.
