Period/yeast infection

I feel like I'm at the beginning of a yeast infection (no itching but discomfort/slight burning and thick white odorless discharge) but I'm supposed to get my period in 4 days. Usually my period will wipe out a yeast infection (as long as I don't use tampons).

Should I just go and get a 3 day monistat to treat it, get a 7 day monistat but stop when my period comes, or just wait to see if my period clears it? I just took a probiotic pill but I know that's not 100% and it doesn't work right away.
