Concerns about endometriosis

Hey! So my husband and I just decided to start trying, and I’m having some concerns. I’m definitely a worrier, and I’ve been worrying about endometriosis. I have very regular periods, but they tend to be heavy the first few days. And some months I get bad cramps, but only for the first day, and usually around months where I’m feeling heavy stress. No other symptoms. I’ve had an ultrasound done. They didn’t see anything. Also at our preconception exam, the doctor didn’t express concern. However, I know that since I have Celiac disease (an autoimmune) my chances are higher. I’m just worried because I know some people don’t experience any symptoms or anything. So I’m looking for advice or personal experiences or really anything for comfort.
