Saw an endocrinologist

So it took me 4.5 years to get pregnant with my daughter in 2016, after wasting 4k at a fertility clinic and getting my thyroid in check. My last higher dose change is where I got pregnant with my daughter, it seriously was a miracle! 2 Thursdays ago I saw an endocrinologist recommend by my primary since he didn't feel comfortable or knowledgeable to get my levels where they need to be. (My previous primary who helped is no longer with the company) I almost cancelled the appointment it was an hour away and I was so nervous, seriously it was the easiest and fastest appointment ever. She upped my dose and said get blood work in a month and call me when your pregnant. I'm super nervous and excited because next week is my ovulation week..... I really wonder if this will do it. My daughter is a few months away from 3, I just want one more kid and I'm almost 33 I'm not getting any younger. I wonder if I'll be pregnant in December.... I want to have hope but I don't because of all the failures before. Wish me luck ladies!!
