I just got my positive about 5 days ago and I’ve been having lower back pain And occasional light but noticeable cramps. In my first ever pregnancy that ended in a mc I just had the lower back pain with this pregnancy I’m feeling cramps occasionally no blood,

My doctor told me in the beginning of my pregnancy that cramps are no cause for concern UNLESS the pain is at a consistent 7 and not made better by lying down/resting

Light cramps are normal. Although baby is teeny tiny, your uterus is still stretching. If your cramps get worse and have you doubled over or they are hot searing (like period cramps) then call your doctor.
