Amniotic fluid or normal discharge?

I’ve noticed for awhile now that I have a heavier amount of watery discharge. It actually feels like urine, but doesn’t really smell like urine. Sometimes there’s noticeably creamy white discharge along with it and sometimes there’s not. Should I be concerned? Is it amniotic fluid? I can’t feel it coming out, but I can definitely notice when it’s there.

Baby is still moving but kicks feel lower in my pelvis rather than up by my belly button. I’m 21 weeks today.
