Help I’m scared
My symptoms went away!!! I’m 7 weeks today I have been horribly nauseous and sleepy for couple weeks now and TODAY i have been feeling perfectly fine???? Is that a sign of miscarriage? I’m scared. Will it all come back?? Cuz I been fine the WHOLE day. 😢😢😢
