My baby girl has a viral infection 🥺🥺

My 11 month old has a viral infection and the doctor has reassured me that she’s okay but it’ll take a week for her to start improving.

She’s been crying most of today. Has a super snotty nose and sounds like an 80 year old smoker 😩 we’re on day 4 and I’m concerned about her sleeping on her stomach while she’s ill 😓 a few people had said that she shouldn’t be cuz she won’t be able to breathe properly. Are they right? Should I stop her laying on her belly?
