How do you know ur in an abusive relationship

In my relationship everything has to be about him. He is currently super pissed off at me for slamming the door. But it seems more than that. He's changed his wall paper on his phone to something else thn us. I cant see my friend, cant express myself through piercings or tattoos. He gets mad whn I want to go to my parents house. He hasnt hit me but he just get mad when 8m turn my phone on but he can be on his phone all day long. All I do is either go to work and come back home and stay in our room all day.
