How long did it take you to conceive?☺️

I’m a healthy 23 year old. ☺️ My cycles are on the dot like clockwork. Everything seems perfect. I ovulate on the 12/13th day every month. We are trying to get pregnant with our first baby! It’s been 4 months so far. I’m curious how long it took people to get pregnant for their first baby. Also curious why it takes a little while. I expected it to happen right away. 😂 🤔 Any advice and tips are welcome! ❤️
