Labia mole or freckle...

So about a year ago I noticed that I have a mole or freckle looking thing on my labia and even though it kinda concerned me I completely forgot all about it.. until yesterday while shaving. I’m 2 months postpartum and have extremely high health anxiety so seeing this again triggered me into complete panic mode! I have a doctors appointment today to get it looked at and to talk about my anxiety but I was wondering if anyone else have experience with moles or freckles down there?? It’s not oddly shaped or multicolored but it is almost the size of an eraser just a little bit smaller. My step-grandma was recently being treated for vulvar cancer so this absolutely terrifies me to the point where I can’t think of anything else!
