What was your favorite part of your birth?

Mine was feeling my body push on its own. It was the coolest thing ever!

I knew I spotted that lil cutie pies face 🥰 hmmm 🤔 my favorite part was when the epidural kicked in and I stopped feeling contractions 😂

Despite the pain, I loved feeling my baby's head as he came out, and watching in the mirror.

That it was finally over😂 i was in early labor for 13 long days! contractions every 2-3 mins apart then finally my water broke!!! She was born facing up and she looked right at her daddy while only her head was sticking out 😳

There was another woman that was in labor the same time as me. My Dr. and I made it a little competition to see who could deliver first. That gave me all the motivation I needed to push harder!! I won, btw! 😂😂

I vaguely remember pushing out the head and in a panic saying, "Holy shit, it's a baby!" And everyone in the room cracked up.

My body definitely didn’t push on it own lol I was induced with pitocin and didn’t get an epidural. I pushed for almost 4 hours before I agreed that my doctor could use vacuum extraction.

I loved so much of it! It was bank holiday Monday and one of the hottest days of the year. We had the window open in the hospital room and creamfields music festival was on a couple of miles away. We could hear the music from the room! 
We had loads of snacks and I loved the safe feeling of being in a hospital. I didn’t think I’d ever say that as I originally wanted a home birth. 
I had an epidural but could still feel my body pushing. 
My little one was born to the song ‘wherever you will go’ by the calling and I cry whenever I hear that song now. It was on the radio and I remember the midwife saying “wouldn’t it be nice if she was born to this song?” And next contraction she was!! 💕
I sooo wanna do it all again!

The tub. I actually got out thinking I was slowing down but it actually just helped that much.

Nothing, my experience was a nightmare. I had to get induced but they put me through hell and back. Wouldn’t let me go home the first night because they tried to slowly induce me and nothing happened so they tried something the next day,  I had contractions for 2.5 days and they weren’t doing anything about it and the dr came in saying he was going to send me home, thankfully another dr was on call and she got things moving. Ended up having an emergency csection but they had be so high on drugs it was the worst experience ever.
