Advice 😩‼️

Period was due 11/13 and didn’t come then today I started having some light bleeding but it was red not pink like implantation bleeding. I’ve taken several tests they have all been BFN the bleeding and cramps only lasted a couple hours now it’s not there anymore. Was that my period or is it possible that i just ovulated late and that was implantation bleeding? Idk what to do! I’ve never been late for af 😩 i also took a blood test for HCG and it came back 6 but doctor said that is considered negative 😭 what’s wrong with me? What should i do?

UPDATE‼️

I started bleeding again in the middle of the night it started as bright red blood in the toilet then it turned into dark red bleed on the pad now at 9 am it had completely stopped again 😩 I’m having light cramping on and off also my boobs are sore/tender 😭 Has anyone dealt with this before?
