Endometriosis

Is endometriosis a progressive Thing like does it start off mild then gets worse and worse every month that goes by or does it just happen one day and your in pain??

Also what are your experiences?

I have pain a week before my period but am not too worried about yet because it’s only been a couple of months. Did anyone with endometriosis have this? What were your symptoms? How does it effect your life?
