Lower abdomen/pelvic pain
I’m mid-cycle and having dull pain in my lower abdomen/pelvis only my right side. It’s tender to the touch when palpated. I have an IUD but I can still feel my strings. I don’t usually have menstrual cramps — could it be ovulation? It’s been going on for about 12 hours, not getting worse or better. Any ideas?
