Need help

I have placenta previa I'm 20 weeks 1 day I was told no sex at all at 18 weeks, well last night when I was sleeping, this is TMI but I had two orgasms within the night while sleeping, My vagina muscles contracted with both orgasms and I did have pain when my muscles contracted. I'm not sure If that's labour or just pain when orgasming and if that's okay when you have placenta previa, also my bladder was likely full as I didnt empty it all night.
