Pump or formula

Idk about breastfeeding with this one I’m per diem at a hospital so I work in er registration, front registration and registration at the lab just where ever they stick me. I feel like it’s going to be a pain to pump especially in the Er it’s 12 hour shifts and there’s so much work. I’m not considered a full time position so I don’t get paid family leave either. I strictly breastfeed my daughter but I was a sahm. Now I’m stressing I won’t get paid for maternity leave and I’m going to most likely formula feed.
