Valtrex/acyclovir ?

Anyone know how to take these I know I’m not supposed to take them together but I’ve taken the acyclovir for like 4 months and I’m not taking it anymore another doctor prescribed it to me to take during an outbreak it’s 800mg and I recently went to a gyno for more questions and answers and he gave me the same thing and also Valtrex which is 500mg and I take it twice a day but I’m soooo lost and have no idea how or when to take them

Because I’m not having an outbreak that I can feel like my normals I’ve had before . And please don’t be rude in the comments again I’m only 17 and shill learning !
