can anyone help w foundation shade?? everytime i get one that i think is the beat match, it always looks too pink

You’re better off getting matched at your local makeup store.

Try classic ivory, ivory or nude.  Thats like the palest color.  If it make you a little light, you can add a little blush on your cheeks... I do this because im very pale and cant afford expense make up

You’re buying the right shades with the wrong undertone (cool, neutral or warm) Cool has pink undertones that will look red, warm has peachy/golden and neutral have no obvious undertones. Get matched at Ulta or Sephora and go from there, or if you’re into drug store brands, L’Oréal has perfect match foundation that clearly states the undertone so you can avoid cool entirely :)

Your veins look blue which typically means you have cool (or pink) undertones. If it your foundations are looking too pink they might be oxidizing on your skin to a too-deep shade or you may need a more neutral based shade. 
I always prefer to have a too-light foundation shade because I can always bronze up the perimeter of my face/bridge of my nose with bronzer.

Make sure you are matching it to your neck. This will be the best way to avoid the foundation line. Also each brand will be slightly different with their shade levels.
