Printer problems
I have an HP officejet 5255 and i tried to change ink cartridges because my old one was out but it keeps saying that there is a problem. I have tried taking it out and putting it back in and it still doesn’t work. So I tried putting in the old one and it works then i try the new one and it doesn’t. On the box it says I am able to use this cartridge so it is the correct one. do you girls know what I could do to fix this???
