Pain in stomach and back

My lower back and stomach hurt, I get sharp pain in my back that comes and goesI tried moving different ways to see if it goes away and it really doesn’t; I’m almost 27 weeks pregnant. I’m home by myself with my 2 year old and 8 year old, my husband can’t leave work until 10pm. How long is it okay wait the pain out? I don’t want to take my kids to the hospital with me. I also can’t leave to the hospital it’s 1.5 hours away and I need to pick my husband up after he’s out of work
