How long did it take everyone to miscarry completely? We had our 8 week appointment last Wednesday in which they told us I was going to miscarry. I have an ultrasound tomorrow to confirm before my D&C Tuesday. My body caught up with what was happening and I'm cramping and clotting so bad today. It's worse than any period cramps I've ever had. We have a 5 year old daughter and miscarried at 5 weeks before her and there was only a yolk sac then. I've never miscarried an actual fetus. This is so painful emotionally and physically 😭
