Slightly elevated BP?

My blood pressure throughout pregnancy has stayed around 120/70. The highest it has ever been at a Drs appt has been 135/78 and I was really nervous because of the glucose test. I've been at home folding laundry and got a headache all of a sudden. I decided to check my blood pressure (we have one of the at home electric cuffs) and it was 137/77 and pulse at 98. I'm going to sit down for a little while and drink some water but if it doesn't go down in the next hour should I call for the drs office? I'm 37+2 and have had good blood pressure the whole pregnancy.
