Anyone tried accutane ?

Hey so I’m about to start accutane in the next couple days and i wanted to really see other people’s experiences with it. lowkey kinda nervous , I even hear people complaining about their sex lives while taking it. What are your issues ? 😭

For me, I had very dry lips (pealed every three day) was consistently thirsty while taking it, and my already sensitive skin became even more sensitive.   While I was taking it, I had to use baby cloths to bathe with because I couldn't tolerate anything else.  There have been long term effects as well even ten years later.  I have to use dove soap now to bathe and wash my hands, I have to be careful with hand sanitizer depending on the condition of my skin and when the weather starts turning cold, I have to be very diligent with moisturizing my hands.  If I don't, my hands will break out in a rash and the skin on my knuckles will actually crack and bleed.  
That being said, I have no regrets taking accutane.  I haven't had a real pimple in 10 years.  But you need to go into it knowing that there are some pretty gnarly side effects and are willing to accept them for the sake of clear skin.  Accutane will (almost) definitely work, but if you can get results with something not nearly as intense, I'd go that route first.

I haven’t personally taken it, but I know people who have and it is just a lot of dryness. Dry skin, dry eyes, dry lips, etc. Make sure you get super gentle and moisturizing products and use them from the get go to prevent a lot of cracking and bleeding and stuff.
