Hand problem?! Help/ suggestions

Just going to say I'm 34 weeks pregnant.

For the past few days my hands have felt kind of numb but not really numb, it's hard to explain. Whenever I run my hand over something it feels tingly and I cant tell what I'm touching (for example running my hand over a blanket), and when I touch something that should be cold it doesnt feel cold it just hurts for a second. And when im washing my hair I cant tell if all the shampoo is in or if all the conditioner is out. My s.o says my hands feel really hot too but I cant feel them.

Has this ever happend to anyone else??
