Bleeding when I wiped

This is my first pregnancy and I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I woke up to use the bathroom and noticed blood when I wiped and I'm still cramping. Is this normal? I'm at the ER😩😩

Update:

Everything is fine. I got to see my little bean and the heart flicker.
