Vagina itches on the inside

So my vagina has been rather sensitive as of late but yesterday when I got out of the shower it seemed to extra sensitive. I made the mistake of wearing lacy underwear yesterday which I think just heightened the irritation. This morning I wake up and the sensitivity itself is gone but the inside of my vagina itches. There's nothing on my vulva to suggest anything, there's no smell, no unusual discharge. I have an obgyn appointment tomorrow but any helpful words would be appreciated, especially if you have any tips to subside the itching until tomorrow.
